Delivery Information
Euromodels delivers to valid postal addresses within Australia and overseas. Euromodels will use any one of a number of delivery services at its discretion, including courier companies and Australia Post. In some circumstances, a signature will be required as proof of delivery. Unfortunately, courier deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.

Shipping Charges

For Australian Orders

Small Orders ................................................. $6 - $16 (depends on weight)
(electric motor, gearboxes, speed controllers)

Medium Orders ............................................ $16 - $50 (depends on weight/size)
(parkflyers up to 1.1m wingspan size aeroplanes)

Large Orders (large gliders, large ARF models)

Please contact us for shipping charges on larger items or e-mail us.

Domestic shipping usually takes one week. We will confirm your order before shipping.

For International Orders

For international orders, shipping charges can vary with each destination. If you charge your order to a Credit Card we can ship it to you immediately and charge the shipping to your credit card. If you choose to pay for your order by cheque, money order or direct deposit to our bank account, we will notify you of the shipping charge before we ship the item/s. We must have your e-mail address in order to notify you.

Any import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of delivery must be paid for by the purchaser.

International shipping usually takes less than 14 working days, depending on the destination.

Back Orders

A back ordered item is an item that we normally carry in stock, but which is currently out of stock. We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify that you do not want an item back ordered. For Australian orders, you will only be charged ONCE per order. Please note: if we have to make several shipments to you to complete your order, the shipping charge will be charged on the first shipment only! For international orders, we will ask you whether you wish to have the total order held or pay an additional freight charge when the back ordered models come in. Otherwise, you will have to pay the actual shipping charges for the shipment of any back ordered items. We may cancel your back order if we are unable to contact you by e-mail to ask you to authorise the shipping charges for the back ordered items.

Returns/Refunds

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Euromodels will accept returns under the specific circumstances detailed below and as long as customers first obtain authorisation and return instructions from us, preferably by e-mailing us or calling us within Australia on (02) 9588 4436 or outside Australia on +61 2 9588 4436.

We will accept returns and offer refund or exchange up to 14 days after you receive your order. Products returned to us for refund or exchange must be in their original condition and must be accompanied by proof-of-purchase (tax invoice)

Not what you expected?

If a customer receives shipment of a product purchased from Euromodels and it does not meet their expectations or was ordered in error, the customer is entitled to return this item for credit within 14 days as long as it is unused, unopened with its original packaging intact, and in good resaleable conditions. Authorisation must be obtained and goods must be returned at the customer's expense. All returned items are subject of 10% restocking fee. Please e-mail us the details.

Damaged goods?

We securely pack items for delivery to you and can take no responsibility for goods damaged by the delivery company. If you received a package that has been damaged in any way during shipment, this need to be followed by you with the delivery agents for compensation. If the damage during shipment was concealed, please notify the delivering carrier and contact us by e-mail. Euromodels will reimburse a customer for the return delivery as long as authorisation has been granted.

Missing or damaged parts?

If a customer receives shipment of a product purchased from Euromodels and it is initially found to have a damaged or missing part or component within 14 days, Euromodels will replace this part or component, if it is available. If a suitable replacement part or component is not commercially available, Euromodels will replace the entire item as long as it is unused and all original packaging retained. Euromodels will reimburse a customer for the return delivery as long as authorisation has been granted. Please notify us by e-mail.

Product failure?

If a customer experiences a malfunction with a product purchased from Euromodels that initially appeared OK, its replacement or repair is subject to any applicable warranties or guarantees offered by its manufacturer. Details of any warranties or guarantees offered for a particular product are included in that product's packaging at the time of purchase. Euromodels will endeavour to help our customers as much as reasonably possible in making such claims to the manufacturer. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us.
